Mi nombre es Rossana Alpizar y vivo en Mérida Yucatán. Llevo ya casi 2 años en Yor Health, es mi 8o ciclo participando y he bajado poco más de 25 kilogramos, lo más fantastico es el modo tan saludable en la que los he bajado y la forma que ha tomadomi cuerpo a mis 48 años, nunca en la vida había estado así. Mi rutina este ciclo fué la siguiente:
Con el estómago vacío tomo 2 cápsulas de YOR Repair, 1 cápsula de YOR Probiotics , 2 cápsulas de YOR Digest y 2 cápsulas de YOR AMP . Desayuno 3 medidas de YOR Shake vainilla con 240 ml de agua 1 medida de yor super greens y dos de Yor Fiber.
Por la tarde una medida más de Yor super greens, 2 medidas de Yor fiber (en 250-300 ml de agua super helada), 2 Yor repair y 1 Yor digest.
Eliminé estas semanas el ejercicio con pesas y realicé cardio, tres veces por semana (caminadora 30 minutos).
Llevo una dieta saludable de unas 1200-1400 kcals por día.
