Hola. soy David, un chavo que siempre ha querido mejorar su fisico pero le ha costado mucho trabajo ya sea por tiempo, depresión, economía, etc.
A la llegada del COVID19 mi familia paso por situaciones economicas y de salud graves y fue ahí donde me descuide como nunca. Subí de peso y me costaba mucho trabajo volver a retomar una vida saludable; ya que la depresión y la ansiedad me hacian comer mucho y a veces no tenía ganas de hacer ejercicio.
Gracias a que existe este reto y motivandome viendo amigos en comun ganar premios, decidí intentarlo nuevamente y el día de hoy estoy muy feliz por que he vuelto al ejercicio aunque sea 3 veces a la semana y mi vida nuevamente empieza a tener sentido. Me siento muy contento que exista el yor best body que me ha dado la inspiración para retomar la vida fit.
