Soy David Escala. He tenido problemas de depresión severa hace mucho tiempo. Los medicamentos que tomaba, más mi falta de ejercicio y mala alimentación, me causaron un aumento de peso muy drástico en los últimos 10 meses. Quiero recuperar mi salud para poder estar mejor físicamente y emocionalmente.
