Hola querida comunidad Yor, estoy muy contenta porque sigo con un muy buen progreso a mis 51 años, en este reto veo cada vez más mis resultados tanto en salud como en mi aspecto físico. Definitivamente, Yorbest Body es el estilo de vida que quiero seguir.
Para este reto lo que hice fue tomar todos los días al despertar una capsula de Yor probiotics junto con un repair, salía a caminar 40 minutos por lo menos 4 veces por semana.
Al medio día, rompía el ayuno con Supergreens y durante la comida de una a dos capsulas de Yor Digest Ultra y al terminar dos Yor Essential vitamins.
Por la noche Yor Shake y antes de dormir 1 cápsula de Repair.
