Estar participando continuamente en el reto me ha ayudado mucho para permanecer en forma, y nutrirme adecuadamente y gracias al apoyo de los suplementos es más fácil.
Aunque me cuesta ganar músculo y comer, me siento contenta de los cambios progresivos que he tenido.
Algo que me tiene súper feliz es que no he tenido lesiones en ya casi un año, antes era muy seguido y lo atribuyo a que por fin estoy alimentándome mejor y no he dejado de consumir los productos de Yorhealth.
Hago ayuno intermitente entre 16 y 18 hrs, rompo el ayuno con supergreens y berry, tomo también las vitaminas, y casi inmediatamente después preparo una deliciosa malteada con crema de cacahuate. Me siento satisfecha así que no necesito comer algo más, me espero hasta la hr de la comida y vuelvo a tomarme las vitaminas.
De ejercicio, practico gimnasia artística (viga, piso, salto y barras) 3 veces a la semana, 5 días de fuerza y ejercicios de flexibilidad.
