Soy Alejandra Soto Borja, soy mamá de 4 y desde que soy muy joven me encanta el ejercicio, estar activa y comer sano.
Pero a veces por todas mis actividades pierdo foco y descuidado tanto la alimentación como lo ejercicio!
He hecho este reto ya un par de veces y me anima mucho a mantenerme en mi meta, quiero bajar 3 kilos y marcar un poco mi abdomen, este reto me motiva a lograr lo que quiero!!!
Tomo en las mañanas antes de el ejercicio Supergreen con Berryblast, YORamp y YORrepair, después con el desayuno YORvitamins, a media tarde me tomo YORshake con YORfiber y en la noche me tomo YORprobiotics.
Siempre que empiezo el reto me cuesta trabajo, pero con los suplementos y constancia se que lo voy a lograr!!
Al principio solo hacia 2 o 3 veces por semana ejercicio, ya estoy haciendo 5-6 veces por semana y me siento de maravilla!!!
