Hola comunidad ¿cómo están?

Aquí feliz de acabar este ciclo y con datos tanto buenos como reveladores: pude subir casi medio kilo (62.4kg) y sin duda fue porque ahora me enfoqué más en entrenamiento de fuerza al menos 3 veces a la semana.

Siempre me apoyo en la línea completa de nutrición de Yor, desde Probióticos y SuperGreens por la mañana, pasando con Enzimas y Vitaminas para terminar con Repair y CBD por la noche, sin olvidar Berry y la malteada.

Lo que este ciclo me deja es que si quiero llegar a mi mejor versión, todo requiere estar en un perfecto balance, tanto en ejercicio, alimentación, descanso y actitud correcta.
