Mi nombre es Luis Alejandro tengo 33 años

Este reto fue para adelgazar ya que a causa de la pandemia pues subí de peso, la ropa ya no me quedaba.

Entre al reto para estar en forma y tener ese cuerpo que tenía antes, pero sobre todo mi salud.

La meta es Adelgazar y están en condición para el siguiente reto.

Lo que tomaba fue
el YORAMP 2 cápsulas
por las mañana 8am, a medio día 12 pm. por la tarde 4:30pm.
Mi favorito el YOR súper greens Por la mañana a las 9:00 am
Además de tomar aceites esenciales Bare Oils
1 gota de limón y una de menta en un vaso de agua
A las 8:00am.

Regrese a practicar CrossFit solo 30min de ejercicio

Estoy muy feliz ya que observo cambios! La ropa ya me queda estoy listo para continuar el sig reto y recuperar mi forma :)
