Decidí volverme a inscribir al reto YOR Best Body Ad Home por que estoy muy contenta por que todas las personas están notando mis resultados, me gusta como me veo, me siento con más confianza y mi autoestima a mejorado.
Hice ejercicio 5 veces por semana y los suplementos que usé fueron:
