Estoy super feliz y satisfecha por haber logrado concluir este reto (la ocasión anterior no lo terminé)
Tengo 63 años y soy jubilada, me uní al reto porque hice conciencia de que necesitaba mejorar mis hábitos de alimentación, hidratación, sueño y ejercicio para mejorar mi salud, ya que estaba ganando peso, me sentía con poca energía y muchas veces deprimida.
Uno de mis grandes retos fue vencer la apatía de hacer ejercicio de manera disciplinada y lo logré. Ahora me siento con mas fuerza y energía y la ropa me queda mejor!!!
