Hi, I'm Elda Mendoza. I'm 42 years old, I have 3 kids; a female twins of 8 years old and a little boy of 5 years old. I'm from Tehuacan, Puebla.
I am fascinated by sharing my story, due to quarantine and my children´s classes, I gained a lot of weight, when I realized it, I looked for help and started to change my habits. I get up at 5 am to exercise me at home, I follow an eating plan with yorhealth supplements, they have helped me not to fall into the temptation of desserts, and I am happy to share my regimen with you.
When I wake up, I drink a warm water with lemon AE
