CHALLENGE by definition: A call to engage in a contest, fight, or competition.
Throughout a majority of my life I would shy away from this word feeling like I was inadequate to compete in anything due to lack of motivation, confidence, and most of all belief. All of this stemmed from my health being far from well, healthy. I was 106 lbs, and I had frequent, excruciating, chronic migraines that would lead to nausea & vomiting. It wasn't until I got introduced to the products that I was able to put on 12 lbs, have better energy, and not get sick as frequently. However, I still lacked discipline with the gym, inconsistency with the products and motivation to not settle for less, but to strive for better & better. I was 118 lbs with what used to be a flat tummy slowly turning into a gut, & my butt got smaller! Then the 8 Weeks Challenge launched! I fell in love with the philosophy, structure, and culture, not to mention the incentives! But most of all, I saw a chance for me to better myself & to reach my new health goals: Drop 4lbs, lean & tone up my thighs, & get a cut 4-pack--which I achieved! (still need a little more work on the abs though) I stayed consistent on all the products, increased my intakes of MRP & super greens & only worked out 2Xs a week; activities ranging from running, lifting weights, Zumba, and Insanity. I have developed better health habits, better food choices and even more health awareness than before! Not only that but this challenge had reawaken a dream I had put on the back burner- to be a Zumba dance instructor and share the 8 weeks challenge everywhere! I have much more belief and confidence in myself now that I can comfortably say I CAN CHALLENGE myself, and I AM ready for cycle 2!
