I have spent the last few years wanting to lose weight, but never got serious about it. I joined this challenge in hoping to slim down and to loves myself again mentally and physically. During COVID 2020, I injured my back so I pretty much stop being active to let my body heal. But during that time, I let myself loose and I stuffed myself with foods. I was at my highest at 169lb. I was just miserable. There were just so many things that upset me: I hate how I look, I want to get back into my skinny clothes, I want to have more energy. I realized I had to do something about its RIGHT NOW.
During this challenge, I combine the Fiber Plus and Supergreen with intermittent fasting and keto diet. When it is time to break my fast, I take one scoop of the YOR SuperGreen and 2 scoops of YOR Fiber Plus with my meal. I work out 2-3 times a week.

The first month of the challenge was the hardest. I’m so used to eat sweet and high carbs on a daily basis so cutting off sweet and carbs was a big challenge for me. There are days that I cheat with a few bites of sweet and carbs, but I learned to limit my intake without feeling quilty. One of the biggest physical change that I noticed after a few weeks of taking the Yor health products is that my bloating has gone down. Additionally, I noticed that my skin is more clear now!

This opportunity has really been amazing for me and it’s reset my appetite. I feel GREAT and my energy level has also gone up. Im looking forward to continuing using these products and to my next challenge!
