8 weeks felt like it was not long enough to do what I wanted. Either that or perhaps I didn’t work hard enough. The pictures doesn’t show much but I am glad I got on this challenge to help me stay on track mentally and physically. I’m only 1 pound away from my weight goal, but I am still proud and happy if my results. The scale didn’t show much but being able to fit back into my size 2 pants is more than enough to say the process is slow but it’s working ??

During the last 8 weeks, I had used ultra digest, fiber plus, and the protein powder. I was not consistent with taking the protein powder because I was not used to the taste so I would forced myself to take it only when I couldn’t meet my protein macros for the day. I took ultra digest after every meal and before I went to bed. During the last 8 weeks, I was trying intermittent fasting so I only took fiber plus at night time after dinner.

As a result, I felt like I should have joined the slim challenge instead of the sculpt challenge. Without flexing, my relaxed body is not showing muscles gained and that’s ok ?? I finally feel confident to wear this 2 piece swim suit out in public without a cover shirt, and that is a HUGE accomplishment talking about self esteem ?? without this challenge, I wouldn’t have pushed myself to my limit.
