Estoy super emocionado con el resultado obtenido en el Reto Yor Best Body. Lo que me encanta es lo fácil que es tener resultados extraordinarios de una manera sana y sencilla. Mi rutina fue muy simple.
Al levantarme por la mañana un vaso de agua y una cápsula de YOR Amp y dos comprimidos de YOR Essential Vitamins justo antes de mi rutina de ejercicio que es con videos en casa.
Justo después del ejercicio una cápsula de YOR Repair Ultra para evitar el dolor muscular y ayudar en la recuperación.
Desayuno bajo en carbohidratos y rico en proteína con una cápsula de YOR Digest. Un snack de nueces o fruta al mediodía y luego una comida rica en proteína y vegetales verdes con otra cápsula de YOR Digest y dos comprimidos de YOR Essential Vitamins.
Por la tarde otro snack de nueces o fruta para terminar la noche con un YOR Supergreens para terminar el día ligero con otros dos comprimidos de YOR Essential Vitamins y si después del Supergreens me quedaba hambre me tomaba un delicioso YOR Shake de chocolate con almendras picadas por encima y otra cápsula de YOR Repair Ultra antes de dormir para ayudar a la reparación del cuerpo durante el sueño.
El resultado fue asombroso, perdí 12 kilos (26 libras), perdí 3 pulgadas de cintura y no perdí masa muscular. A mis 54 años estoy en la talla que tenía cuando estaba en la secundaria. No puedo estar más contento. ¡Gracias YOR Health!
I am super excited with the result obtained in the Yor Best Body Challenge. What I love is how easy it is to have extraordinary results in a healthy and simple way. My routine was very simple.
When I get up in the morning, I have a glass of water and a YOR Amp capsule and two YOR Essential Vitamins tablets just before my exercise routine, which is with videos at home.
Right after exercise, a capsule of YOR Repair Ultra to avoid muscle pain and help in recovery.
Low-carb, high-protein breakfast with a YOR Digest capsule. A snack of nuts or fruit at noon and then a meal rich in protein and green vegetables with another YOR Digest capsule and two YOR Essential Vitamins tablets.
In the afternoon another snack of nuts or fruit to end the night with a YOR Supergreens to end the day in a light fashion, with another two tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins and if after the Supergreens I felt hungry I had a delicious chocolate YOR Shake with chopped almonds sprinkled at the top and end with another capsule of YOR Repair Ultra before bed to help the body repair itself during sleep.
The result was amazing, I lost 12 kilos (26 pounds), I lost 3 inches from my waist and I did not lose muscle mass. At 54 years old, I am at the size I was when I was in high school. I can't be happier. Thank you YOR Health!
