Sigo comprobando el efecto positivo de los suplementos de Yorhealth. Aun no retomo el ejercicio al nivel que tenía el año anterior. Tuve COVID en Abril y me bajó un poco el rendimiento. Solo con el control de lo que ingiero y el apoyo de los suplementos me facilita reducir un poco y sobre todo evitar subir al peso que tenía antes. Tomo en la mañana en ayudas una cápsula de Repair y otra de Probióticos. Durante el desayuno, la comida y la cena tomo 1 cápsula de Digest. Cada 4 días tomo Fiber Plus. Estoy muy contenta porque mantengo energía en mi día a día y me siento plena para desempeñar mi trabajo y estar con mi familia.
