En este ciclo me sentí mucho mejor con el resultado, ya que aunque solo logré bajar 1 kg, si sentí que logre quemar más grasa que antes.
Apliqué con más rigor el ayuno intermitente entre 12 y 16 horas diarias, y algunos días más de 16.
Comenzaba mi día con una cápsula de Probióticos, acompañada de un vaso grande de agua y posteriormente otro vaso de agua con una gota de aceite de limón. Justo antes de hacer ejercicio tomaba una cápsula de AMP. En el desayuno modifiqué completamente la alimentación limitándome únicamente a consumir el Super Greens para abrir la ventana de alimento y posteriormente una YOR SHAKE con blueberries o fresas con amaranto. Ya para la comida, evitaba al máximo los carbohidratos y azúcares y consumía una YOR DIGEST con los alimentos.
Creo que el cambio de hábitos alimenticios lo fue todo y gracias a eso pude tener mejores resultados.
