Hola familia Yor, por fin terminé, en otras ocasiones este tiempo de reto es más ligero, pero en esta ocasión fue diferente. Se presentó un inconveniente en la familia, covit afortunadamente fue algo ligero ya estamos saliendo pero no me permitió realizar el programa de ejercicio que tenía planeado pues mi médico sugirió ningún tipo de ejercicio.
Gracias a todos los Aceites Esenciales y los suplementos todos síntomas los pude sobre llevar se me fue el apetito y el gusto pero gracias a la malteada, súper green, vitaminas, reparador y los probióticos estoy bien. Todo lo seguí tomando igual que siempre y aveces con más frecuencia como la malteada y súper green porque no se me antojaba la comida.
