Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren muy bien.
Este fue otro ciclo con un ‘reto’ extra, ya que debido a una infección tuve que parar el ejercicio casi en las dos últimas semanas. La verdad pensé que me iba a perjudicar, pero al final no sólo mantuve algunas medidas sino que bajé en porcentajes de grasa.
No me cabe duda que lo que me ayudó fue el ritmo de entrenamiento que traía (5-6 veces a la semana y aunque fuera salir a caminar), hacer ayuno intermitente de a menos 14 horas (con algunos días de no completarlo) y el apoyo con toda la línea de nutrición de Yor (desde SuperGreens para abrir alimentos hasta Repair antes de dormir).
Para resumir, estoy feliz con el resultado y para el nuevo ciclo voy a retomar donde me quedé y acercarme a mi mejor versión.
