El Reto de 8 semanas y toda la filosofía de YOR Health ha mejorado mi vida notablemente. Ojalá este proyecto llegue pronto a todo el mundo, ya que mucha gente andamos con el organismo en total desequilibrio, mente corazón y cuerpo.
Cuando yo empece con el reto pesaba 65 kg y ahora peso 60 kg. cumplí mi meta!
Tome el quemador, MRP con fibra y súper greens, mis 6 vitaminas al día y probiotico y digest.
Como ejercicio de rutina, contacte a una entrenadora de Gym e invite a algunas amigas a ejercitarnos en mi propia casa, lo cual tuvo éxito porque ya somos más unidas al reto!,
Hacemos una combinación de ejercicios de tensión con el peso del propio cuerpo, además lo combine con baile latino como Cardio, lo que dio como resultado mi cuerpo más estilizado y acomodado.
