Estoy muy agradecida con yor health y con mi coach Fernanda por impulsarme a mejorar mi salud.
Llevaba 2 años de no hacer nada de ejercicio o cuidar mi alimentación, desde aquí inicio la pandemia, me encerré y comencé a comer, aumentando mi grasa corporal, cada día me sentía peor porque mi cuerpo ya no era como antes, y me sentía con mucha antipatía a hacer algo.. Fernanda mi coach me recordó del reto y ella me animo a poco a poco retomar mis hábitos de comida con la proteína de chocolate, el súper green y el repair.. así como me impulso a hacer ejercicio, gracias a ella retome el mismo y aunque ha sido difícil disciplinarme, poco a poco voy perdiendo grasita y formado músculo. Estoy muy contenta por que ahora me siento más delgada, más fuerte, mis gorditos van desapareciendo y mis músculos van tomando forma, además tengo más energía y me siento desinflamada.. gracias a esta comunidad de impulso para que sea yo mejor y me quiera más.
