Mi nombre es Montserrat León, tengo 38 años de edad y soy de Guadalajara Jalisco, mamá soltera de dos hermosos hijos, durante el proceso del reto los suplementos que utilice fueron los siguientes como detox: por la mañana al despertar tome 1 cap de probióticos y 1 cap de Repair, a las 2 hrs tomaba super greens con fibra y berry, esto me ayudó a abrir mi primer alimento y funcionaba como un shot de energía ademas de sentir muy ligero mi estomago, pues tengo una hernia hiatal y esofagitis aguda, a las 3 hrs. tomaba Yorshake como desayuno, en la comida incluía 1 cap de enzimas digestivas y por la noche volvía solo con un medida de yorshake en 250 ml de agua, media fruta y mi reparador.
