Estoy muy contenta por seguir un estilo de vida saludable gracias al Reto de 8 semanas. A través de este concurso estoy buscando llegar a mi meta de mantenerme en 55 kilos sintiéndome con energía y vitalidad y viéndome mejor gracias al reflejo de una mejor alimentación y absorción de nutrientes.

Mi rutina diaria consistió en tomar 1 cápsula de probióticos en ayunas y tres horas después un shot de antioxidantes con mis Yor Supergreens. Una hora después tomaba mi malteada de chocolate Yorshake con una gota de canela de Bare Oils. En mi comida más fuerte tomaba 1 cápsula de Yor Digest Ultra y al termina Essential Vitamins.
