En general logré mi objetivo de mantenerme en mi mismo peso y a la vez bajar el % de grasa... ya que comencé con 21% y terminé en 18% pesando exactamente lo mismo... y en el proceso logrando tonificar y aumentar masa muscular aproximadamente en 1.5 kg....
Por otro lado estos últimos 10 días no fueron nada fáciles ya que me contagié de Covid y tuve que reposar en casa al menos 6 días y con un bajón general de energía... sin embargo tuve oportunidad de entrenar 3 veces más esta semana para cerrar bien mis 8 semanas.
Evidentemente por esta razón aumenté mi consumo de Vitaminas esenciales y Supergreens! Y durante las 8 semanas como siempre, comienzo el día con Yor Probiotic y Yor Shake + Fiber Plus... así como Yor Repair después de los entrenamientos por la tarde. Durante la comida también incluí YOR Digest Ultra.
En general me sentí muy bien con energía y capacidad de aumentar la intensidad en los workouts, tomando en cuenta este ritmo de cara al siguiente reto de 8 semanas.
