hola buena tarde! antes que nada agradezco poder estar en el reto y ser parte de la comunidad YOR, éstoy muy contenta con mis resultados tanto físicos cómo emocionalmente ya que el verme y sentir bien me hacen estár contenta y satisfecha conmigo misma, decidí estar en el reto porque es motivador establecerme límites, lograrlos y ser recompensado por esos logros también...saber que si se quiere se puede!!!
a nivel físico he notado cambios de bienestar de verme más definida y mejora en sistema digestivo ya que consumo,la fibra que está deliciosa, el Green para mis jugos así como las encimas, probióticos y proteínas con sabores esquistos!!!
me siento con más energía para realizar ejercicio mínimo 5 días a la semana y me siento y veo genial!!!
