Soy Zac y son mamá de dos niños y siempre he batallado mucho con el peso y el cansancio. Me encanta comer y con la suplementación de YorHealth es muy simple. Se me ha quitado la ansiedad de comer en exceso, me siento satisfecha principalemente con la malteada y no me mato de hambre. Ahora voy al baño adecuandamente, tengo mucha energía y me siento muy bien. En cada reto me siento cada vez mejor. Me encantan todos los productos yo me los tomo de la siguiente manera: al despertar tomo un vaso de agua y me tomo los probioticos (6am), media hora despues el AMP (6:30), hago ejercicio (7am), comienzo a trabajar y me tomo un vaso de agua tibia con aceite de limon (9am), tomo un vaso de agua fresca con una cucharada de super greens, una de fibra y un berryblast (12pm) y una capsula de AMP; despues me tomo la malteada de vainilla con alguna fruta (2pm), como normal (4pm) y me tomo una capsula de digest; por la noche me tomo una malteada de chocolate con una gota de aceite de canela (7pm) y a la hora de dormir me tomo dos captuslas de repair (11pm).
