Mi nombre es Rossana Alpizar, tengo 48 años y vivo en Yucatan México, logré mi meta de definir musculatura con la siguiente Rutina, con el estomago vacío al despertar tomo 2 cápsulas de Yor Repair que es mi favorito, 1 de Yor AMP, 1 Yor Digest Ultra y 1 capsula de Yor probiotics, 2 medidas de Yor shake vainilla con 2 medidas de Yor Fiber Puls y 1 de Yor super Greens, 1 Yogurth Griego, té o café.
A la hora de la comida como lo que se haya hecho para la familia con una capsula más de Yor Digest.
A media tarde tomo otra medida de Yor Fiber con 1 de Yor super greens en 240 ml de agua helada.
Ceno unas 8 galletas integralos con alguna proteina (100 grs de pollo, Atún). y Tomo 2 capsulas más de Yor Repair.
Realizo ejercicio moderado 3 o 4 veces a la semana, realmente los cambios en mi cuerpo han sido fantasticos y espero poder mantenerlos aun con los cambio que mi edad representan,
