Hola soy Rocìo Castrejòn, tengo 47 años, tengo un hijo adolescente de 15 años y trabajo en un jardìn de niños, decidì unierme al Reto Yor Best Body para mejorar mis niveles de energìa, mejorar mi salud y bajar de peso. Iniciè el reto tomando por las mañanas el Yor SuperGreens y me sentì con màs energìa al realizar mis actividades. A la mitad del reto agreguè a mi rutina el Yor shake y el AMP para hacer pesas, quiero mencionar que en toda mi vida nunca realicè ningùn tipo de deporte pero estaba decidida a hacer algo por mejorar mi salud y bajar de peso.
