Hola soy Jesús Lozano Ruy Sánchez, tengo 59 años de edad. Me inscribí al reto Your Best Body para perder peso y tener una vida saludable. Durante los últimos años gane muchos kilos de más por los malos hábitos alimenticios pero con el apoyo de mi familia decidí inscribirme al reto de 8 semanas Yor Best Body para tener una vida saludable.
Para lograrlo, cambie mi dieta de snacks y comida rápida por los suplementos del paquete Yor Best Body .

Todos los días al levantarme tomé un vaso de agua tibia con aceite de limón Bare Oils y una cápsula de Yor AMP. Después comencé a hacer ejercicio en conjunto con mi familia caminando al menos 5 Km diarios seguidos de media hora de ejercicio y al terminar tomé Yor SuperGeens con Yor Finer Plus, después de estos me tomé un Yor Berry Blast y finalmente una cápsula de Yor Ultra Digest con una malteada de vainilla o chocolate Yor Shake.
Hicimos unos snacks de proteína de Chocolate Yor Shake y unas paletas heladas con Yor SuperGreens para comer entre tiempos en caso de ser necesario.
Antes del reto de 8 semanas, mi cuerpo estaba mal nutrido y desequilibrado. Hoy me siento feliz, orgulloso, bendecido y muy emocionado de los resultados de este primer paso en el reto Yor Best Body y voy por mas hasta alcanzar mi peso ideal y posteriormente para el reto de marcar.

I join the YOR Best Body to lose weight and get better healthy lifestyle. In the last years I gained many kilograms due to my bad eating habits, but with my family support, I decided to join the YOR Best Body to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle.

We did some protein snacks with Chocolate YOR Shake and YOR SuperGreens Iced Lollipop to eat between meals when it was necessary.
Before the 8 weeks my body was malnourished. Now I feel very proud, happy and excited with the first step of the YOR Best Body and I will go for much more on the new challenges to come to reach my ideal weight and then to the fitness challenge.
