Holaaaaa! Cómo están? Yo feliz de terminar un nuevo ciclo del reto!!!
En esta ocasión tengo que contarles que me costó mucho trabajo lograr esos kilos que bajé, por eso me siento orgullosa de haberlo logrado, aunque sean poquitos.
Continué con mi rutina de ayuno de 16 horas, a veces 17 o 18 porque con mi niña de 2 años ando de arriba para abajo y no siempre alcanzo a romper mi ayuno a la hora que es.
Normalmente abro mi ventana de comida con el Supergreens y me siento súper refrescada y energizado cuando lo estoy tomando. Traté de llevar una dieta balanceada y baja en carbohidratos, acompañada de las Digest. Por las noches para cerrar mi ventana de comida lo hacía con el YOR Shake que hasta hoy sigue siendo mi producto favorito!!! Me ayuda a sentirme saciada de alimento, dormirme ligera y amanecer con energía para tener un día lleno de actividad con mi hija. Me fascina el sabor de vainilla molido como mango, fresas, mamey y plátano.
