Hola, les cuento que soy profesora jubilada, tengo 63 años y me encanta cuidar de mis plantas y me uni al reto con el deseo de tambien cuidar de mi cuerpo con ejercicio y una buena nutricion.
Anteriormente solo hacia ejercio en casa pero ahora asisto a un gimnasio y aunque solo baje 2 kilos he sentido como mi energia y fuerza muscular aumenta cada dia.
