Hola Comunidad, espero se encuentren de lo mejor.
Hace tiempo no terminaba un ciclo con un día nublado, me siento en algún lugar de las islas británicas. Aunque es difícil subir de peso, cada vez me acerco más a la meta que tengo (+1kg, faltan dos más).
Esta vez pude hacer más entrenamientos de fuerza combinados con sesiones de trote/running, cinco días a la semana. Siempre apoyado con la línea completa de YOR Health que me mantienen en el buen camino, a pesar de uno que otro ‘pecadillo’ que se atraviese.
Desde luego que me volveré a inscribir en un nuevo ciclo, quiero mantener este buen ritmo así que nos veremos de nuevo por aquí. Gracias por leerme ¡y felices Fiestas Patrias!
