Hola familia yoriana, estoy satisfecha con los resultados todavía me falta marcar un poco más. Aumenté masa muscular y baja de grasa, realizo una rutina diaria de 15 a 30 minutos caminata y un poco de fuerza.
Tomo toda la línea nutricional; en ayunas una cápsula de probióticos, una gota de AE de limón con agua, después del ejercicio MRP con fibra, SuperGreens y berryblast, una o dos cápsulas de enzimas digestivas en la comida y merienda, con vitaminas y antes de dormir enzimas reparadoras. También tomo Greatful ultra me ayuda para dolores en las manos por principio de artritis y para dormir. Gracias a todo esto me conservo muy bien y puedo hacer ejercicio tengo 66 años y me siento muuuy bien , nos vemos en el próximo reto y seguiré mejorando en el fortalecimiento muscular.
