Hola a todos, soy Elda Mendoza, tengo 42 años de edad, madre de 3 pequeños, unas gemelas de 7 años y un niño de 4. En este reto me aplique a hacer ejercicio, a tomarme los productos de Yorhealth sobretodo a cambiar ideas que no me permitian cambiar, nunca pense levantarme a las 5 a.m. de lunes a sábado a hacer ejercicio y me encantan los cambios que veo en mi!!!!

En las mañanas me preparo un sobre de YOR BerryBlast y asi hago ejercicio.
Antes de desayunar tomo 1 cápsula de YOR Probiotics ultra, con el desayuno aprovecho para tomarme 1 capsula de YOR AMP, 3 cápsulas de YOR Essential Vitamins.
