Holaaa! Mi nombre es Zenaida González y me siento muy feliz de haber terminado este Reto. Me gusta estar en el Reto porque es mas fácil para mi disciplinarme en hacer ejercicio y cuidar mi alimentación. La verdad me gustan mucho los postres y las cosas dulces y estando en el Reto me mantengo tomando los productos y eso baja mucho mi ansiedad. Tomo el Yor Repair y Yor Probiotics al levantarme y Yor AMP a media mañana. Yor Sake con Super Greens después del ayuno. Yor digest y vitaminas a la hora de comida. Cuando tomo los suplementos así, me siento super energizada todo el día. Lo mas importante para mi es prevenir cualquier enfermedad por eso tomo también el Cbd.
