Earlier this year when I started on this journey. I was at my heaviest at 169lb. Upon completing my first Yor Best Body challenge, I was able to drop down to 153lb. I was super proud of myself. I rewarded myself with good foods which cause me to be very bloated, as you can see in my before picture. I decided to challenge myself again and take on this challenge again for the second time.

I workout 3-5 times a week. I take 2 scoop of the Yor Fiber Plus and 1 scoop of supergreen with all my meal. I do a low carbs diet. I LOVE the fiber plus! On the day that I feel like I need to flush out my body, I would do 4 scoops of fiber with 4-6oz water before I go to bed. This works like a charm for me. Ever since I been taking the fiber, I am not as bloated as before and it really helps with my bowel movement.

Losing the extra 10lb, I am able to move around better and more flexible.I feel great, I look better, my clothes fit better. Best thing I have done for myself and self esteem / health.
