Hola tengo 23 años de edad y siempre he tenido problemas para bajar de peso, porque siempre he hecho ejercico y de alto rendimiento; y pues ahora estoy super contenta porque aunque no logre mi meta, si baje 7 kilos (15. 4 libras) y me siento mas ligera y super desinflamada, estoy feliz.

Que utilice para este reto primero por la mañana me tomo me super green con un berry blast a media mañana me tomo AMP de las que estoy super enamorada. con mi comoda me tomo mis vitaminas y por la noche me tomo mi shake, este reto me sirvio para ver que si hay algo mas con lo que puedo bajar de peso y lo principal sin sacrificarme con lo que como y con productos que son de origen natural y no dañan mi cuerpo
