Estoy realmente impresionada de los resultados que estoy obteniendo con los products de YOR Health. Toda mi vida he batallado con mi peso pero por primera vez con YOR Health encontre una forma sana de bajar de peso.
Al despertar, tomo un probiotico, unas horas mas tarde tomo mi Super green , seguido de mi malteada junto con la fibra y con las vitaminas y un AMP.
Como a las cinco o seis de la tarde hago mi alimento principal del dia, trato de que sea lo sano pero sin exagerar y simper inicio con 2 capsules de digest.
Lo mas maravilloso es que no siento ya mas hambre el resto del dia.
Pienso seguir este sistema ya que no solo estoy bajando super bien de peso pero tambien porque me estoy sintiendo muy bien.
