Hola soy America luna a dos meses de haber tenido una cirugía fue increíble ver mi recuperación y como gracias a mis suplementos de YOR health me logré mantener en forma y haber aumentado tono muscular y bajar de peso lo más feliz es que todos los estudios de laboratorio están bien Gracias a mi nutrición .
Por la mañana me levanto con mis 2 repair mi súper greens en agua y desayuno mi mrp en agua con mis 2 vitaminas a medio día tomo otro súper greens y un snack comida alta en proteína con mis enzimas digestivas 2 vitaminas agua con una gota de aceite de limón y mi cena mi mrp 3 cucharadas en agua con fresas y 2 vitaminas antes de dormir mi probiótico .
