Hola familia Yohealth. Estoy feliz de contar con el reto de 8 semanas porque me ha impulsado a tener un estilo de vida más saludable. En este reto seguí tonificando mis músculos y eliminando grasa. Estoy muy contenta porque bajé dos kilos y gracias a la suplementación que tenemos es muy fácil mantenerme en los logros alcanzados. Todos los días al despertar tomé 1 cápsula de probiótics y una de yor repair. A las 12 del día rompía mi ayuno con supergreens y media hora después tomaba una yorshake de vainilla o chocolate. Antes de cada comida fuerte tomaba 1 yor digest y al terminar dos essential vitamins y antes de dormir 1 yor repair.
