Me siento muy agradecida de ser parte del mayor movimiento de salud, física y financiera; ya que jamas imagine que el suplementarme me llevara a regular mi peso; ya que por problemas hormonales no había logrado bajar de peso y tonificar, sin embargo hoy basto decidirme inscribirme al reto YOR BEST BODY junto al equipo MDT LIFE y apegarme a un estilo de vida saludable para ver cambios que no esperaba realmente disminuyendo 5.5 kilos de grasa.
En la segunda semana note cambios inmediatos en la talla de mi ropa, esto me tiene feliz y decidida a no dejar de tener una vida saludable por dentro y por fuera.
Fue muy simple apegarme a la suplementación, utilizando por las mañanas Repair, probiticos, a media mañana supergreens y las Cápsulas de AMP, en la comida y desayuno incluyo Digest y en la cena mi malteada con Fibra.
Fue un reto divertido inscribiéndonos 7 personas del equipo MDT LIFE en diferentes categorías, acompañándonos en un reto más de vida.
