Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Rossana Alpizar tengo 48 años y vivo en Merida Yucatan, consumo practicamente todos los productos Yor durante el día pero mis favoritos son el Yor Repair , super green, Yor AMP y el Yor Shake de Vainilla. Desayuno dos medidas de yor shake de vainilla con una medida de Yor super greens y dos medidas de Yor Fiber, 2 capsulas de Yor repair y 1 capsula de Yor AMP, Yor Digest, y Yor Probiotics, Un Yogurth griego, café y alguna fruta.
A la hora de la comida trato de comer raciones pequeñas de lo que se vaya a comer en la casa, cuando entreno que es tres veces a la semana vuelvo a tomar otras dos medidas de Yor shake.
Por la noche tomo otra medida de super greens con algunos carbohidratos, galletas, tostadas, y tomo otras dos capsulas de Yor repair. Estoy super contenta con los resultados, espero que cada vez más gente se anime a cambiar sus hábitos y consentir ak cuerpo. Muchas gracias Yor!
