En este ciclo no solamente mantuve un buen ritmo de ejercicio sino también el resultado ya obtenido sin aumentar un solo kilo y quemando uno de grasa.

Iniciaba siempre mi día tomándome 2 vasos de agua: uno con un probiótico y otro con una gota de aceite de limón o naranja.

Después de la rutina de ejercicio que duraba no menos de 30 minutos, tomaba otro vaso de agua más con 2 cápsulas de YOR Shape y, posteriormente, abría la ventana de alimentos con una dosis de Super Greens y posteriormente una YOR Shake con amaranto, chia o alguna fruta.

Para las comidas no dejaba de consumir una cápsula de YOR Digest y tratando de comer lo más balanceado posible. Por mi trabajo de bienes raíces que implica estar en la calle mucho tiempo había días en que comía lo que podía, pero siempre evitando azúcares.
