My name is Alejandra, I am 37 years old and I am from Mérida, Yucatán. I joined the Yor challenge because I want to continue building a healthy body and a healthy life. Throughout this time, I had important challenges such as setting limits to my work rhythm to give the opportunity to exercise that I did 5 days a week and comply with a balanced diet, high in protein and low in carbohydrates, because my goal was to start to gain muscle.
