The challenge helped me not only lose fat but gain muscle. With the help of complete burn I was able to workout 3 times a week with a lot of energy, along with helping me lose the fat. With the help of the yor shake I was able to stay within my calorie count and stay away from those tempting foods. I did maintain a good diet but i wanted to make sure I was getting all my nutrients so i used the yor digest to make sure of that.
This was my second cycle on the challenge and I have never felt better. I hit my goal, I was able to slim down, and i have so much energy. I'm looking forward to my 3rd cycle to bigger and better goals.
