El año pasado por estas fechas (septiembre 2021) empecé un reto para cuidar más mi salud. En 4 meses logré bajar de 90 a 76 kilos. Me sentí súper bien con mucha energía y feliz de lograr recuperar mi salud. Luego, con el desprendimiento de retina que tuve a fin de año, suspendí el plan de ejercicio que llevaba. Me dieron de alta hasta abril. Conservé el plan de comida y logré mantenerme en unos 78-80 kilos. Pero luego bajé la guardia y volví a 82-83 kilos. Hoy estoy retomando mi plan de salud de ejercicio, apoyo de suplementos y de comida más balanceada para lograr mi meta de 70 kilos. Tendré la salud que me permitirá llevar una vida plena y llena de energía. Me inscribí en el reto de salud de 8 semanas y ya les contaré los resultados que alcance en esas semanas.
Mis hijos son mis maestros. Si no fuera por ellos, hoy me hubiera quedado reposando y pensando en la inmortalidad del cangrejo.
