Estoy contento con los resultados, sobre todo por que no tuve que hacer dieta rigurosa, simple mente evite comer comidas muy grasosas, tomar refrescos y bebidas muy azucaradas.

Me enfoque mas en hacer ejercicio; como minimo hice 4 dias por 40 minutos a la semana.

En las mañanas antes de desayunar tome una cucharada de jugo verde en 500 ml de agua, en cada comida, una pastilla de Yor Digest, en las noches, mayormente solo tomaba mis dos cucharadas de Yor Shake en 500 ml de agua.
