Cuido mi alimentación y hago lo posible por tomar los suplementos de YOR Health de la siguiente manera:
Al despertar: 6AM: 2 gotas de CBD.
30 minutos después,1 YOR Repair Ultra.
Una hora después: en un vaso grande de agua con YOR Berry Blast.
9AM: Rompo ayuno con: YOR Fiber Plus y 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
11AM: Dos medidas de YOR Shake.
Almuerzo: 1PM: 1 YOR Digest Ultra 5 minutos antes de la comida, una comida balanceada y entre la Comida 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.

comida balanceada.
Una hora antes de dormir tomo 2 gotas de CBD.

Tomo abundantes líquidos, 2 litros mínimo durante el día.
Cuando inicie el reto pesaba 70.80 kg, ahora peso 65 kg, me siento bien conmigo misma, con más energía y feliz.
