Going into the challenge I was super excited and ready to go because it was going to be my second cycle. I knew what I wanted to do and was going to succeed. My plan was to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight at 120. I was committed to get fit and get to my goal.
I started the challenge strong having my mrp everyday and mixing the super greens, fiber, fruits, nuts and different ingredients to make it tasty. While also eating healthy and staying away from those sweets I love, I maintained exercising 3 times a week.
The challenge has changed the way I think about health. Its not just people who are crazy taking Its about nurturing and caring for your body just like you would for a new born baby. People tend to forget that they need to take care of themselves. Because of the craziness of everyday life. We all need to appreciate who and what we are and to treat our body as a temple. We want to be happy with ourselves and our appearance but we don't take the time to do anything about it. The challenge showed how much you should care about yourself and your body.
