So, two years ago in June I came down with Covid, spent a week in the hospital and when I was released started having terrible anxiety and found it impossible to sleep. I struggled with this until in February of 2021 I had had enough. I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I continued to take my Yor health products through the whole ordeal. I realized that even though my working out days may be over I still wanted to be healthy. I kept taking my repair ultra morning and night and digest ultra every meal. Every morning I would take my essential vitamins and most mornings I would have a meal replacement shake because I wanted something light to start my day. Fast forward to September 2022, I go to my cardiologist who informed me my heart has returned to a normal size and functioning perfectly. Praise God !!! So, I wanted to once again start my fitness journey with an eight week challenge. A little over two years of not training can really take a toll ,as you can see with my before pics. I’ve been training hard almost every day since. My son, Steve jr. goes with me to keep me on track. I take my repair ultra after every workout to help me recover. I have to say I’m optimistic about my future now and looking forward to what comes next.
